2. How do I know my money is safe? 

Your investment is 100% secure. You will make your payment via a secure wire transfer directly to our official corporate bank account in the United States. We never use private accounts. This ensures your transaction is protected, transparent, and legally documented.

3. Do you have physical offices? 

Yes. Our US operations are headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a strategic presence in Los Angeles, California. We also have offices and partner locations in Lagos, Abuja, and Owerri to support our Nigerian operations and ensure a smooth delivery process.

4. Are you a car dealership?

No, we are a professional Vehicle Acquisition and Export Facilitation Service. We do not hold an inventory of cars. Instead, we act as your expert purchasing agent on the ground in the US, sourcing the exact vehicle you want from our extensive network of over 40 authorized US dealerships.

5. What kind of cars do you source? 

We specialize in sourcing high-quality, clean-title vehicles. Our "Zero-Compromise Policy" guarantees that we do not deal in cars with mileage manipulation, concealed damages, or undisclosed salvage histories. Every vehicle we source comes with a full CarFax or AutoCheck report for your review.

6. How do I know the history of the car I'm buying? 

Transparency is our guarantee. Before you make any commitment, we provide you with the complete CarFax and/or AutoCheck vehicle history report. This report details the car's entire life, including service records, number of owners, accident history (if any), and verified mileage.

7. What if I can't find the car I want in your Virtual Showroom? 

Our Virtual Showroom is a curated selection of available vehicles, but our service is not limited to it. If you have a specific vehicle in mind, our core service is a bespoke, concierge-level search. Our US-based team will conduct a targeted search through our dealer networks to find the exact car that matches your specifications.

 

Pricing, Payments & Fees  

8. How is your pricing structured? 

Our pricing is designed for 100% transparency. Your total cost is composed of four main parts: the vehicle's purchase price, our professional service fee (which is based on the vehicle's value), the cost of US logistics and ocean freight, and an estimate for Nigerian customs and clearing. Every cost is clearly itemized in your official quote.

9. Do you have hidden fees?

No. We have a strict "NO HIDDEN FEES!!!" policy. The price you see on your final, all-inclusive quote is the price you pay.

10. Why do you require 100% upfront payment?

We require 100% upfront payment to best serve you. This allows us to immediately secure the vehicle from the US dealer on your behalf, preventing it from being sold to another buyer. It also gives us stronger negotiating power and ensures your process is given priority at every stage, from the dealership to the shipping line.

 

Shipping & Delivery  

11. How long does the entire process take?

Our estimated total delivery time is between 45 to 58 days, starting from the moment your full payment is confirmed in our account. This includes the time for vehicle acquisition in the US, export documentation, ocean transit, and customs clearance in Nigeria.

12. What is the difference between "Port-to-Port" and "Door-to-Door" delivery?

  • Port-to-Port: This is our B2B service, ideal for clients who have their own customs agents. We handle everything to get the vehicle purchased and shipped to the port in Lagos. The client then handles the customs clearance and final pickup.

  • Door-to-Door: This is our complete, "white-glove" service. We manage the entire process from start to finish, including US logistics, shipping, Nigerian customs clearance, and final delivery of the vehicle directly to your home or office.

13. What shipping methods do you use?

We primarily use Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) shipping, which is the industry standard for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. For high-value, exotic, or classic cars, we also offer fully enclosed Container Shipping upon request.
